Being Half Hawaiian, half Texan, (and everything in-between), design has taught me how important identity is. Identity is about knowing your responsibilities in society, and teaching others the unique and progressive purpose of everything and everyone. My love for identity and community advocacy has shown me the impact that design has on society. It makes society’s navigation through life easier, and much more enjoyable.
